If you live in the Kitchener - Waterloo area, have paraplegia and are thinking about starting an
exercise program, then
Active Homes is the solution.
A personal trainer, and a physically active peer, will come to your house for a FREE 75-minute exercise session. The personal trainer, and peer, will guide you through a resistance-training program that is designed specifically for people with paraplegia who would like an opportunity to exercise at home. Getting physically active has never been more accessible!
