Activity Monitoring Study

So far, over 110 people have enrolled in this project, which involves a three-day activity recall once a year for five years. It is our goal to have a total of 400 participants in this project. We hope to see how community physical activity interventions will impact physical activity patterns in Ontario over the next 5 years.

We invite you to participate in the first physical activity monitoring study of people with SCI. We are looking for people of any activity level (inactive, somewhat active, very active) who are over 18 years of age. This study requires a 15-minute telephone interview each year for 5 years that involves a recall of three days of activity. After each interview, you will receive a $10 Shoppers Drug Mart gift card.
